Returns & Refunds
We want you to love every Luma Auto product. If you're not completely satisfied, we make it simple.
30-day return window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Unopened products in original packaging qualify for a full product refund.
How to start a return
Email us at support@lumaautomotive.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We respond within 1 business day with return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Return shipping
Customers cover return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or was shipped in error. In those cases, we cover return shipping in full.
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, take photos before opening if possible and email support@lumaautomotive.com within 48 hours of delivery. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Opened car care products
Because cleaning and detailing products cannot be resold once opened, we cannot accept returns of opened bottles unless the product is defective. If you have a quality concern with an opened product, email us — we stand behind every formula and will work with you to make it right.
